My Other Babies...
This is my Tigger-lynn
I adopted Tigger-lynn when she was six weeks old from a pet store on the East coast where I was living in a small town. She was with me before I even married my wonderful husband
Many of my visitors know that my beloved "TT" passed away, but for those of you who haven't been here before here's my story. She was with me for 14 wonderful years! On 25 September 98 Tigger passed away. She developed diabetes and even with all medical intervention, her tired little body simply gave out. She died at peace and was purring up until about an hour before she passed away. I miss her greatly! She will always live in my heart...I love you my precious kitty.

This is our Mollyanna. Our "whiner" kitty! I realize that this photo is blurry, but you see everytime I try to take a picture she comes right towards the camera! Molly (for short) was a tuxedo kitty. She was a sassy little girl, it's so funny, anytime she gets scolded for being naughty, she yells back!
Mollyanna passed away on 26 January 2006. We miss her greatly. Mollyanna had a thyroid problem and had been on medication for 6 yrs and her poor little kidneys finally were close to giving out. She couldn't eat or drink anymore... I knew it was time to let her be at peace and feel no more pain. Mollyanna came into our lives when she was only 3 wks old... such a tiny, precious little ball of fur. She couldn't even meow yet... she'd open her mouth to meow and nothing came out... when she finally did make a meow she actually scared herself... was so precious. Mollyanna was a tuxedo kitty...from her sweet little chin down her tummy she was white...on the left side of her nose she had what we called a splash of milk. She had white mittens on her front toes and white soxs on her hind legs. She was very dainty, very lady like... called her "prissy girl" One of her favourite games to play was with my bookmarks that had tassles on them... she bat at them with her little head cocked to one side. She loved yarn too. She loved to drink from running water... she'd jump up to the bathroom sink and cry till the water was turned on... I used to use her tail as a measure to when she was full... her tail would start out straight up and would slowly droop down... when it reached the counter top I knew she was full. I can't believe that it's been 3 years since Mollyanna went to the Bridge. She is missed each and every day. I'll always cherish the almost 18 yrs I had with her... her birthday was April 1st.
The following is a dream that I had about Mollyanna. I share it here in hopes that I can help others heal their hurting hearts
Mollyanna was just shy of her 18th birthday when she went to the Bridge. I was heartsick and missed her terrible. I kept "seeing" her around the house. Kept thinking she was sleeping up on mine and hubby's bed. Well it was about just over a month after she had gone to the Bridge that I had the most bittersweet dream.... There was beautiful bright warm sunlight filtered through white fluffy clouds as I was walking along a path. Up ahead I could see the Bridge.. a beautiful stone bridge with 4 white posts, 2 on each end with a clear blue stream running beneath it. And there just on the other side in a field filled with pretty flowers was my Mollyanna playing with her Tiggerlynn! Oh the joy I felt, the tears of happiness rolling down my cheeks. Mollyanna walked nearer to me, but still on her side of the bridge and sat looking at me... I could HEAR her thoughts. She told me it was ok that we let her go, that she was happy now and could run free and be outside to play in the sunshine and roll around all she wanted. Sleep in the sunbeams, and play with all the string and toilet paper she could ever want. I laughed and the tears still rolled down my cheeks. She asked me not to cry anymore because she didn't want me or her papa to be sad. She was happy, whole, healthy and once again with her beloved Tiggerlynn! Then Tiggerlynn called to Mollyanna and Mollyanna said she had to go. Tiggerlynn wouldn't come to me as she and I had already made our peace and now it was time for Mollyanna and I to do the same. So our all to brief visit over.. Mollyanna walked away with a look back to me and said "I love you always mommy" and away she and Tiggerlynn went off to chase the birds and butterflies

On Mother's Day (1999) we adopted an 8 week old kitten! My daughter Rebecca actually picked her out. Here name is Cozy-lynn (yes her middle name is after my dearling Tigger-lynn). She has been with us for almost 10 years now and we all love very much. Here favourite toys are string, boucey balls and of course us!
Jake has gone to Rainbow Bridge...we miss him terribly
Please read his tribute page
This is our Jake...We adopted him back in 2000, from a dear neighbour who had developed severe allergies to him. As much as they did not want to part with him, they knew he would have a loving home with us. We adore him :) He's our big boy. He's about 8 years old and we pray that he'll be with us for many more

Emily was a suprise adoption...I hadn't gone out with the intention of adopting another furbabie. I'd simply gone to the pet store (Yes a very reputable one!) for some kittie food. Well there she was in a cage with her littermates...she won my heart! All orange, cream and so fluffy! I picked her up and she started kissing my nose...well that did it...she just had to come home with me! I adopted Emily on 30 July 2004 when she was just shy of 3 months old. She will be 5 years old this May. I aboslutely adore her and I believe the feeling is mutal :) When she was very tiny (a nick-name of hers), she hated being alone...even when sleeping, so we bought her a Ty Beanie Baby "Pookie" to keep her company. (another of her nick-names)At first it was almost impossible for Emily to pick up her "pookie" bear, but eventually she managed to drag it around with her and even managed to bring up on our bed at night to sleep with at night. She LOVES fruit! Especially apples and bananas! Don't expect to eat either fruit without sharing some with her LOL! Because she loves fruit so much, when she gets to running around we call it a fly by "fruiting" LOL. She is a lovie girl who loves to cuddle, yet she's quite spunkie, . Even at almost 5 years old she still loves her "pookie bear" but now she loves him with catnip rubbed all over him!
Meet our newest family member... Leonardo!

In October of 2006 my husband fell in love with a young adult kittie up for adoption. He named him Leonardo. Leo (for short) is a very handsome kittie. Leo must have been abused, for he is even still hand shy and dislikes loud voices. Leo is a big love of a kittie and has brought great joy not only to my husband but to our family as a whole.
Well there you have it, the other members of our family. My four legged babies!
